Terms of service
The rules for using Ikuzo: your account, your maps, creator maps and plans, AI assistants, fair use, and the law that applies.

Ikuzo is a map editor for travelers, on the web at ikuzo.app and as apps for iPhone, Apple Watch and Android. It is run by Meow Arts KK, Tokyo, Japan ("we"). By using Ikuzo, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You need an account to save maps. Keep your sign-in details to yourself: you are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete your account at any time, here is how.
Your maps and content
The maps, spots, notes and photos you add stay yours. You give us the rights we need to store them, show them to you and to the people you share them with, and publish the maps you choose to make public.
Do not add content that is illegal, that you do not have the right to share, or that harms other people. We may remove such content and suspend the accounts that post it.
Creator maps and plans
Paid creator maps and plans are described on their page before you buy them. Payments are handled by Stripe.
AI assistants
You can connect an AI assistant, such as ChatGPT or Claude, to your account. It then acts on your maps when you ask it to, with the same access as you. Check what it adds or changes. You can disconnect it at any time in Account and plan → Features. What the assistant does with the data it reads is covered by its own terms and privacy policy.
Fair use
Do not abuse Ikuzo: no scraping, no automated account creation, no attempts to break, overload or get around its security. To keep Ikuzo reliable, searches and requests have limits, and we may suspend accounts used abusively.
The service
We work hard to keep Ikuzo running and your data safe, but Ikuzo is provided as is, and features may change. Place details come from third parties and can be wrong or out of date: check them before you travel. To the extent permitted by law, Meow Arts KK is not liable for indirect damages, lost data or lost revenue resulting from the use of Ikuzo.
Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. When a change matters, we tell you by e-mail or in Ikuzo before it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
